Longmeadow Capital Partners purchased the assets of
Envoy Health in August of 2006. Envoy Health focuses exclusively
on diabetes management and care. As a national provider of direct-to-consumer
mail order diabetic testing supplies and services, Envoy has been
serving tens of thousands of diabetics since 1995.
Longmeadow along with a seasoned healthcare
executive sponsored a transaction to purchase the assets of a
predecessor company and through a series of acquisitions and organic
marketing efforts quadrupled the size of the Company.
Status: Envoy was sold to
Lincare, Inc. in May 2013.
