                    Rick founded Longmeadow Capital in 1993, and has been actively 
            involved in all of its principal investments. From 1994 through 
            1996, Rick acted as CEO for Poland Communications, Inc., Poland’s 
            largest cable television provider. From 1998 to 2004, he was also a 
            founder and managing partner of Summer Street Capital Partners, LLC, 
            a $100 million private equity fund focused on later-stage middle 
            market companies. 
            
            Prior to founding Longmeadow Capital, Rick worked at Chase 
            Enterprises, a highly successful, privately held investment firm 
            based in Hartford, Connecticut where he held a variety of senior 
            management positions, including CEO of several business segments and 
            CFO for the organization. In his varying capacities, Rick had senior 
            management authority for the company’s real estate and 
            communications businesses, as well as responsibility for the 
            company’s capital markets transactions, banking relationships and 
            investment portfolio.
            
            Rick received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University 
            and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of 
            Pennsylvania.

                      Andrew M. Zaback, Managing Member
                       
                      Prior to joining Longmeadow Capital Partners, LLC in 
                      November 2004, Andy served as Managing Director of Next 
                      Generation Ventures, LLC, an early stage venture capital 
                      fund based in Rocky Hill, CT. At NextGen, Andy was 
                      responsible for developing and managing portfolio 
                      investments. He also provided strategic advice, business 
                      development expertise and managerial assistance to 
                      NextGen’s portfolio companies. 
                      
                      Andy has over twenty years of venture capital, business 
                      development and investment experience, with particular 
                      focus on health care, technology and business services. He 
                      has also held senior corporate development roles within 
                      healthcare services companies including Kelson Pediatric 
                      Partners, which grew from inception to over $120 million 
                      in revenues during Andy’s tenure with the company. Andy 
                      has also consulted extensively to wide range of businesses 
                      and institutions on business development, capital raising, 
                      and strategy issues.
                      
                      Andy holds an MBA in Finance from Indiana University, with 
                      a BSBA from North Adams State College.

Larry joined Longmeadow Capital Partners in January 2006 after nearly 30 years as a healthcare service industry entrepreneur and executive. Larry brings a wealth of hands-on operating, fundraising and transaction experience and his addition to the team underscores Longmeadow’s commitment to the healthcare sector.
Beginning in 1976, Larry helped direct the development of the first HMO in Louisville, KY and oversaw its acquisition by HealthAmerica Corp. in 1982. He subsequently joined the management team of HealthAmerica and led several operating divisions of what became a nationwide provider and NYSE listed company. In 1989, Larry was named President of a struggling Miami-based health plan, CareFlorida Health Systems, where he joined with a new investor group to turn around the business and position it for sale to Foundation Health for $250 million in 1996. From 1997-2003, Larry headed Kelson Pediatric Partners – the country’s largest operator and manager of pediatric medical practices. Before joining Longmeadow, he served as CEO of a specialized pharmacy benefit management company.
Larry earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky where he graduated with honors.

Jeff joined Longmeadow Capital Partners in June of 2007 and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Atlantic Health Partners, LLC. Jeff is widely recognized by physicians, manufacturers, and payers as a leading expert on vaccine procurement, administration, and reimbursement. Mr. Winokur brings a true customer focus to Atlantic and his previous work focused on practice improvement services primarily related to managed care contracting.
