Rick founded Longmeadow Capital in 1993, and has been actively involved in all of its principal investments. From 1994 through 1996, Rick acted as CEO for Poland Communications, Inc., Poland’s largest cable television provider. From 1998 to 2004, he was also a founder and managing partner of Summer Street Capital Partners, LLC, a $100 million private equity fund focused on later-stage middle market companies.

Prior to founding Longmeadow Capital, Rick worked at Chase Enterprises, a highly successful, privately held investment firm based in Hartford, Connecticut where he held a variety of senior management positions, including CEO of several business segments and CFO for the organization. In his varying capacities, Rick had senior management authority for the company’s real estate and communications businesses, as well as responsibility for the company’s capital markets transactions, banking relationships and investment portfolio.

Rick received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Andrew M. Zaback, Managing Member
 
Prior to joining Longmeadow Capital Partners, LLC in November 2004, Andy served as Managing Director of Next Generation Ventures, LLC, an early stage venture capital fund based in Rocky Hill, CT. At NextGen, Andy was responsible for developing and managing portfolio investments. He also provided strategic advice, business development expertise and managerial assistance to NextGen’s portfolio companies.

Andy has over twenty years of venture capital, business development and investment experience, with particular focus on health care, technology and business services. He has also held senior corporate development roles within healthcare services companies including Kelson Pediatric Partners, which grew from inception to over $120 million in revenues during Andy’s tenure with the company. Andy has also consulted extensively to wide range of businesses and institutions on business development, capital raising, and strategy issues.

Andy holds an MBA in Finance from Indiana University, with a BSBA from North Adams State College.

 John Deliso, Venture Partner

 

Prior to joining LCP Acquisition, LLC, John spent his thirty-one year career as an entrepreneur growing small to medium-sized, multi-faceted companies domestically and internationally.  These privately held companies ranged in size from $4 - $150 million in revenue.

 

From 1990 to 2009, John worked for a privately held company in several key management roles, including President and CEO. During his over 14 years as President and CEO, the company grew from $4 - $48 million in sales and expanded its footprint from regional to national and international.

 

Most recently, John was hired by a privately owned company to establish operational procedures, build a focused management team and develop a realistic sales strategy.  Over a 3-year period, the company experienced doubled revenues, from $ 7-$15 million, a 45% increase in EBIDA and received a four year, $20 million long-term agreement.

 

John earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
