Landscape Express
Longmeadow Capital formed Landscape Express in 1999 to acquire and
operate organic materials recycling and landscaping products distribution
facilities in the Northeast. The company accepts clean, wood-based
materials and then processes these into high quality landscape products
for sale through retail and wholesale channels. In the acquisition of
Landscape Express, Longmeadow Capital partnered with the existing owner and
founder who retained an ongoing equity stake in the business.
